While some nights are better than others, we are getting numerous shots at swordfish just about every night. The great thing about these fish is that until you've had a look at the fish you it's hard to predict how big the fish you're fighting is. Our average nights are 8 hour trips, but we have been hooked up to large and uncooperative swordfish until the early morning hours.
